I am Valentina Artamonova, a psychologist working with adults who want to understand themselves, their relationships and their responses to difficult experiences more deeply. My practice includes ongoing individual work, the effects of traumatic experiences, emotional exhaustion and relationship difficulties.
I offer online consultations, including for people who have left Ukraine and now live abroad. We begin by discussing what brings you, the rhythm of meetings and the conditions for working together.
Discuss a consultation
Regular meetings offer space to explore feelings, bodily responses, familiar relationship patterns and ways of coping with difficult experiences. Meetings are usually weekly. We discuss the pace and duration together; individual experiences and the time needed for change vary.

Sessions take place online by appointment. Before starting, we agree on a time that takes your time zone into account, the session length and the fee.
Russian and Ukrainian consultations are held directly with Valentina. English and French consultations are held with an interpreter. We agree on the interpreting arrangements and the total fee before booking.
