Online psychological support after difficult experiences

Past experiences can continue to affect feelings, relationships and bodily responses. Individual work offers space to explore that experience gradually and understand how you are coping now.

Discuss a consultation

When to consider a consultation

Ongoing tension, a sense of vulnerability, emotional exhaustion or relationship difficulties after distressing events can be reasons to seek support. At the first meeting, we discuss what is happening now and what kind of help may be appropriate.

Working at your pace

Your readiness to discuss difficult experiences and your boundaries matter. We agree on a pace, pay attention to your responses and return to how you feel about the work. You do not need to prepare a detailed account of everything that happened.

Training and approach

My professional training includes psychological trauma work and Brainspotting. We discuss an approach in light of your concerns and current situation. If another professional’s support is needed, we can discuss that separately.

Session format and languages

Sessions take place online by appointment. Before starting, we agree on a time that takes your time zone into account, the session length and the fee.
